These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of all services offered by 7gane through the website https://7gane.click and any other official platform channels. By accessing the site, creating an account, making deposits, or participating in any available activity, you fully agree to these Terms.

7gane reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect from the date the updated version is published on the site. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the new version's effective date.

Continued use of the platform after any updates are published constitutes automatic acceptance of the new terms. We recommend checking this page periodically to stay informed.

To create an account at 7gane and use any service on the platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF;
• Not having been previously banned or removed from the platform;
• Not be an employee, immediate family member of an employee, or business partner of 7gane;
• Act on your own behalf — accounts created in the name of third parties are strictly prohibited.

7gane may request documentation at any time to verify your identity — including a copy of a government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport), proof of address, and proof of CPF. Failure to provide the requested documentation may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account.

Each user is responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials. The 7gane recommends using strong passwords (a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters) and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), available in your security settings.

• Keeping your registration details up to date is mandatory — especially your email, phone number, and address;
• The full name provided at registration must exactly match the holder of the payment methods used;
• Transactions carried out by third parties on behalf of the account holder are prohibited.

The 7gane operates exclusively in BRL and accepts the following payment methods, all 100% Brazilian:

7gane does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees charged by the user's financial institution are the user's sole responsibility. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — refer to the specific conditions of each promotion in section 7 of these Terms.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled, except as provided under the cash-out policy;
• Odds may change up until the moment the bet is confirmed.

If an event is cancelled due to force majeure (extreme weather conditions, official suspension of the competition, etc.), all bets on that event are cancelled and stakes refunded in full. In accumulator bets, the cancelled selection is removed from the slip and the remaining selections stay valid.

7gane reserves the right to suspend bets, void results, or correct obvious odds errors (odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault). In such cases, the affected bets will be cancelled and stakes refunded.

General rules applicable to all bonuses:

You may close your account at 7gane at any time, without needing to provide a reason, through your account settings or by contacting support. Your available balance (excluding any unconverted bonus balance) will be refunded via Pix once the verification process is complete.

7gane may close or suspend an account in the following situations:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity;
• Providing false information during registration;
